Joe Spain is a resident of Alpharetta. He is a member of the Greater Atlanta USBC. He has served as Association Manager of the Greater Atlanta USBC for more than 20 years. He also served as Association Manager for the Georgia State USBC for many years. He has served as the Tournament Director for Local and State Tournaments for more than a decade. He is an avid supporter and participates in Brightening Veterans Lives (BVL) and Bowl for the Cure events.
On the National Level, he recently was been selected to the United States Bowling Congress Board of Directors as an at-large director for the 2018-2019 season. He currently serves on the USBC Audit Committee. In 2015 he was the recipient of the USBC Helen Baker Award for Outstanding Association Service. He is a member of the Greater Atlanta USBC, Georgia State USBC, Georgia State Youth USBC, and the Southeast Bowling Association Halls of Fame. Joe is a CPA.
